How it works

1. Get in touch with us

You can call, email, or fill out the form, and we’ll get in touch with you. We’ll then survey your property, talk about next steps, and give you an estimate of how much you can expect monthly and annually.

2. We’ll furnish your place if you need it and take pictures

We’ll share furnishing packages based on the requirements set for
short-term rentals by DTCM (Dubai Tourism and Commerce Marketing).
You can choose to furnish the property on your own, or our team of in-house
experts will work with your budget.

Beautiful images are key to attract more guests to the property, and we’ll
take care of this for you, making sure it stands out on Airbnb and other platforms.

3. And then list your property

Listing the property is key to getting the highest revenue possible on your
short-term rentals.

We’ll use dynamic pricing, which takes into account surge pricing at certain
times like New Year’s Eve, Eid etc, to get the best price for each stay to maximise
occupancy and revenue.

4. We’ll manage all guest communication and make sure they have the best experience

ShortStay makes sure your home is safe, and your guests are taken care of
throughout their stay.

From providing guest vetting and checks as per DTCM standards prior to
arrival, scanning and uploading their passports to all accounting,
check-ins/ check-outs, complete guest communication before and during stay,
we have you covered.

5. We’ll keep maintaining your property

Premium cleaning services between guest stays is our top priority, as well as your
maintenance needs. Need a handyman or a plumber? Household needs restocking?
We’ll do it all.

6. And finally, we’ll send you monthly reports

We’ll send performance reports so that you can see what’s happening
with your property in real-time.
